The Cross Street Project, environmentalist Tim Silverwood and Brendan Cato of The Farmed Table invite you to join us for an intimate dinner with a focus on local Sydney produce.
The dinner will be waste-free with a focus on sustainable, ethically grown, local produce. When we say the produce is local, we really mean local. Everything on the menu will be sourced from within 50km of Sydney's city centre – even the wine!
10% of proceeds from the dinner will go the Sustainable Table – a group that is making a real difference in supporting our environment, animals and Aussie farmers.
