Eat Your History

In 2013 we entered a partnership with Sydney Living Museums on the first program of events they were running after re-branding (the organisation used to be called the Historic Houses Trust of NSW).

We were interested in the theme of their program and exhibition 'Eat Your History' because it meant there was a potential for us to help people explore deeper connections with food, where it comes from and of course a more transparent, healthy and sustainable food system.

We proposed two event concepts at two of the incredible historic houses that are part of the SLM portfolio (another reason we were excited to be working with them) - and were lucky enough to be given (almost) free range at Vaucluse House and one at Elizabeth Bay House. As a result 'Roll On' and 'Stories from the Cellar' came to life.
